Front end customer service was great. Associates were courteous, professional, attentive to detail and very knowledgeable. One on one experience with Ashton M. was stellar. My daughter was very comfortable with the Dr. as well she explained every process so she understood what was happening and why! 5 star all around!

Ashton and Carlos were welcoming, helpful, diligent and knowledgeable. My insurance was not easy to apply but they worked together to figure it out and made sure I left happy and fully satisfied. They were a great team and had called to confirm my appointment prior to my arrival. They had my appointment history on file and made sure that I got treated well and left with a pair of glasses I’m thrilled to own.

Great Customer Service! My daughter and I have been going here for three years now and we have always had a great experience. The service is speedy she got glasses in less than a week! Carlos was extremely patient and helpful with my daughter who is a teenage and if you know anything about a teenager even the smallest decision is a BIG one for them. My recent visit to Wisconsin Vision was convenient. Scheduling was a snap. Carlos was courteous and helpful- assisting me with my questions on the paperwork. Dr. Ringle was gentle and patient as can be. Keep up the great work!

I visited the Glendale location today and had the pleasure of meeting and working with Tonya. I'd spoken with her previously so I knew there would be no problem placing my order. She was extremely helpful and thorough. In today's society of poor customer service, the staff at the Glendale location is an exception. I would highly recommend this Wisconsin Vision store, and especially Tonya.

First time at Wisconsin Vision in Glendale. They got me in right away, which was great because I lost my glasses! My doctor answered all my questions, showed me picture references and made sure I understood more about my eyes. The two workers welcomed me in and were so polite and nice! 10/10 will be coming back for future exams!

I loved my experience here. They helped me out tremendously , and even made me laugh and feel happy when I was already having a bad day ! Special thanks to Heaven and Adam ! They were the ones to brighten my day and help me with my plan ! There was also another girl there who was very nice ! The whole atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Adam was absolutely amazing. Despite my attitude, he remained calm, polite and professional. After a few more moments of speaking with him, surprisingly, I began to relax. Not once did anyone at this location suggest how I could get better service from my UHC insurance. It means nothing that Wisconsin Vision is in the network. The insurance claims that frames and lenses will cost zero. My bill from Wisconsin Vision was almost $500 for one pair of glasses. Wisconsin Vision and the insurance companies are just spreading a bunch of lies. Not only will I not recommend this organization to others, I will specifically recommend that they go somewhere else. 6 month update: To be fair, these glasses with Ziess lenses are the best I have had. After getting accustomed to them, my vision is better than it has been in years. Pricey yes, but worth it.

A young lady by the name of Grace helped my mother with selecting her glasses and she was very kind and went over all her options. Several other customers came in while we were there and she showed everyone the same kind service. I will for sure be back for my own personal glasses. Thank you Grace for such great service.

I got in a car accident and broke my glasses. I came to see if Wisconsin Vision could fix them, even though I ordered them elsewhere, Shawna and the rest of the employees were super helpful and did an amazing job fixing my glasses. They were also super friendly and personable and I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism and kindness.

Since moving to Milwaukee, Wisconsin Vision Glendale has been the best eye place I’ve been to down here. Myles has been extremely helpful every time I’ve gone in. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a worker! He asked me if I needed any help. I told him that I actually did need help trying to find the right size glasses because some glasses fit me weird. He was more than willing to help me try on different ones until I found the one that fit great! I asked the worker for his name because he took the time to make sure I left happy. Thank you Myles! Very great service will definitely keep coming back!

I went for a routine eye exam after the 1st phase of reopening after Covid19. Safety measures were in place from temperature checks, spacing, and the likes. The entire staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I really appreciate Brandye and Jacob for the follow up calls regarding my order. Brandye was on staff throughout my visits to the location and she was nothing short of attentive and respectful. I would recommend because this is a very nice and clean location.

Great store with even better people! Every employee I encountered was professional, capable, and kind. It is an easy place to spend money with confidence. In particular, Jon (the one with the grey hair), was extremely helpful in choosing frames. He also advised me on each option with my best interest in mind. He has clear upper management potential and would be my recommendation if you plan to have your eye care needs met at Glendale’s Wisconsin Vision (which you should).
