I was honestly nervous about switching to a new vision place, but they blew me away! Everyone was super nice and friendly, the inside was so well-designed, their range of glasses and contacts is fantastic, and the location can be a little hard to find but it's a very convenient spot! I also happened to come in on my birthday and the eye doctor sang me Happy Birthday 😂💖💖 Especially big shoutout to Audrey who was so cool and knowledgeable and helpful. They also were perfectly fine with giving me my prescription when I said I had a pair online I wanted to order; I've had vision places be weird and pushy about this in the past, and they were totally cool about it. I'm definitely sticking with them for the future! Thank you so much again!!

I worked with Audrey, who is awesome & fun to work with every time I walk in. Everyone at the Green Bay location are also very kind & easy to work with. They have created a no-stress, relaxing environment where I feel welcome. They have a nice selection of petite frames that work with my crazy strong prescription & I got my glasses in record time. It's totally worth it to drive the extra distance to have a great experience!

Wisconsin Vision had proven to me to be a great place to order glasses! Danielle has been excellent to work with, she helped me pick out frames that would be the best fit for my prescription. She also helped me with a warranty issue I had, she was able to get my lenses replaced in a short time. When I walk in the door she knows who I am and has my pick up ready to go! Thanks Danielle for your great customer service!

I definitely recommend this place. I took my son for an eye exam and Stephanie did the exam with him from start to finish. She did an excellent job of explaining everything as we went. I expressed that I only had a specific amount of money and she told me about all the options which included the care credit program. I was sure we were only going to be able to get his eye exam that day but we ended up finding frames that my son liked and fit into my budget. We were extremely happy and we look forward to going back for contact lenses.

This place is absolutely amazing. The store is always clean. Danielle is so knowledgeable and made me laugh. Audrey helped pick out the best glasses ever. They fit so perfectly after they were done. I just left Wisconsin vision and let me tell you they are the place to go! The customer service from Danielle was fantastic! I was greeted with a smile and friendly and HELPFULL customer service. She fixed my glasses faster than you can get a cup of coffee to go! Me and wife bought our glasses from them a few months ago and they have been nothing but AMAZING! GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!!!!

Awesome experience! having been a longtime WV customer I tried one of the other options in town last time I needed new glasses. Terrible mistake! the other places process you through like you are just a number. At Wisconsin Vision you are actually treated like a valuable customer. I got my glasses today and I can't begin to explain the satisfaction I have. First off, the staff is amazing. Pleasant, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. My husband recently went to a different place to get his glasses and they did not talk to him about anything with his bifocals. I was sat down and explained everything on mine. Second, the exam was very high tech from the last exam I had, ten years ago. 10 out of 10, would defiantly recommend.

I used Wisconsin Vision for my exam and glasses and now my daughters exam and glasses. They have a huge variety of glasses to choose from for everyone! They are very nice and knowledgeable. Best part is how fast the glasses come in. My daughters exam was Thursday, 6 p.m. mind you, the glasses were in and ready to be picked up by Saturday! We will be coming back!

I haven’t had much contact with the doctors beside my check up but Dr. Wilson was friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns to make sure the next time I looked through my binoculars I could see my birds with both eyes focused instead of having to close one eye. Turns out my prescription was too strong so he corrected it. Highly recommend this place. There’s always parking in the lot. :-)
